Why you should choose Dunn-Kirkland Counseling & Consulting Services

Dunn-Kirkland Counseling & Consulting Services is here to meet the needs of adolescents and adults as they navigate the trials of life.   Many times we are inundated with circumstances that may cause us to doubt ourselves and the relationships that are important to us.  Dunn-Kirkland Counseling & Consulting Services prides itself on providing individual counseling services to teach our clients to develop skills that will help combat low self-esteem; depression; grief, trauma, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, behavioral problems, goal setting, and various relationship issues.  We are here to help you develop the skills that you need to change the trajectory of your life.  We achieve this through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive  Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy.

Williams Glasser, the founder of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy said, "It is impossible for anyone, even the most ineffective among us, to continue to choose misery- after becoming aware that it is a choice." If we are unable to assist you, then we will provide you with the necessary resources that are sure to meet your needs.

Dunn-Kirkland Counseling & Consulting Services gives clients one-on-one sessions via Telehealth, in person and walk and talk therapy; so the client is able to continue what is needed and still receive counseling with someone who is objective as well as supportive.
